For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

But that no one is justified by the law in the sight of God is evident, for “the just shall live by faith.”

The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. A righteous man may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God

This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome, for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.
